Collagraph and Dry Point Etching
The activity of handicapping a horse race, requires you to piece together each bit of information presented in order to create a complete picture and clear understanding of the race. I created a collagraph plate by gluing down a pattern of scattered puzzle pieces which was later inked up and run through the etching press with orange ink.
